It is essential to have a mortgage in principle and your solicitors details at this point, as some sellers might ask for it.

There is no legal obligation at this point until contracts are signed.

STEP 8

Your offer is accepted

Once all parties accept the offer, we will start the following procedures:

  • Agreed price with both parties
  • Confirm your mortgage and solicitors details

Conveyancing process

This critical part is to belong to your solicitor.

Property survey and mortgage offer

Once your solicitor sends a deposit, completion date can be set by signing a mutual agreement.

Completion day

Final step! Now is a time to transfer residual money from your solicitor to the seller’s solicitor’s account.
