Property viewings

We are over 30 years on the market and, from our experience, accompanied viewings are still the best form of property renting.

We will book viewings and meet you on the property, where we will answer all questions and advise you when necessary.

STEP 4

Making an offer

Now is the time to make an offer. You can do this with our agent or Contact Us directly.

If there are any special conditions, let us know, and we will discuss them with the landlord on your behalf.

STEP 5

The landlord accepted your offer

Great! Now it is time to organise the following:

  • Letting Agreement
  • Collect deposit and first-month payment
  • Collect your proof of ID
  • Conduct Right To Rent Checks along with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Check

Completion

Congratulations! Keys are yours!

If your property is fully managed by SLM, will give you contact details to the Property Manager, so you can call him regards any issues anytime.
