  • Production of appropriate Tenancy Agreement and other associated documents – £75
  • Property Check In at the beginning of tenancy – £50**
  • Property Check Out at the end of the tenancy – £50**
  • Organise of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) if required  – £65*
  • Organise of Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) if required – £175*
  • Organise of Gas Safety Check if required – £85*

Fully Management Service - SLM Fees 10%(excl. VAT)

Let-Only service included, plus

  • Detailed invoices on a monthly basis
  • Pro-actively collecting rent
  • Organising and managing any essential repair work to the property with your consent
  • Taking meter readings and transferring utilities
  • Transferring utilities at the changeover of tenants
  • In the event of eviction proceedings, we will work with your solicitor to aid you in the best way possible. SLM offer a Rent Protection Scheme and Legal Expenses Insurance to cover you in the unlikely event
  • Three inspections with video/photo recording per year to ensure the property are in good condition. The first inspection is six weeks from the date of the Tenancy Agreement – £75 per inspection
